I had a few days staying in a great airbnb on the edge of a canal. A great wee bolt hole for exploring the city as only 5minutes walk from the grand Canal.
This was the view we stumbled upon while walking back….
And later the next evening …
We took a boat to nearby Murano to see the artisans glassblowing
I loved the food and ice creams too – the highlight was eating & drinking at Cafe Florian in St Marks Square
It was all too short really!! I’d definitely go back
